Curriculum
The program curriculum is designed to provide students with the in-depth perspective and the analytical tools to flourish in financial services and corporate finance positions. Internship course is optional but is strongly encouraged.
The program requires 35 graduate credits plus a 6-credit thesis, with a total of 41 credits. The standard load is 3-4 courses per semester.

Curriculum

The MBA in Finance curriculum is designed to provide students with the in-depth perspective and the analytical tools needed to flourish in financial services and corporate finance positions. The internship course is optional but is strongly encouraged.
The program requires 35 graduate credits plus a 6-credit thesis, for a total of 41 credits. The 35-credit course works consist of 17 credits of required courses and 18 credits of elective courses. The internship course is optional but is strongly encouraged. The standard load is 3-4 courses per semester.

In this program, students have the opportunity of studying a subject area in depth. Students can choose a study track or specialize within the area of finance or management. If they choose finance as their study track, they must earn at least 12 credits in finance electives and at least 3 credits in management electives. Thesis

All of the students are required to complete a master thesis before getting the degree. Students may request the degree thesis examination in the semester of completing course credits and other requirements. After passing the examination, the 6 credits for the master thesis will be given.

Language Proficiency (4 courses, 0 credit)

Chinese Mandarin language proficiency is also a requirement. Students are required to take the free Mandarin courses designated for the program or provide relevant certificates to obtain a course waiver.

Other Requirements

● Academic Research Ethics Education

Before acquiring permission for the thesis defense examination, it is mandatory to take online courses from the Academic Research Ethics Education and pass the examination.

 

● Global Citizenship Passport

Before graduation, students must participate in the required services or events required by the program to obtain the number of points required in the Global Citizenship Passport.
